The Easton Town Court is located within the Easton Town Hall (Burton Hall).
From the North: The Town Hall is located approximately 7 miles south of Greenwich on State Route 40, on the right, across from the Easton Library.
From the South: The Town Hall is approximately 7 miles north of the Town of Schaghticoke on State Route 40, on the left, just after the sign for Willard Mountain.
Court Clerk Hours and Court Nights

Office hours are Tuesdays 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays starting at 4 p.m. **Please Note there are no Court Office Hours the 4th or 5th week of the month.
You may call the Court Clerk (not the Town Clerk) to obtain information if you have any questions. Please note the clerks are part-time and their office hours are limited. Phone messages left are generally returned as soon as possible.
Regular court sessions are held the first, second, and third Thursday of each month starting at 5:30 p.m.
The Assistant District Attorney and the Public Defender are present on the third Thursday of the month when criminal cases are heard.
There are NO court hours on the fourth or fifth week of the month.
Payment of Fines
In Person:
Money Orders and Certified Checks made payable to Easton Town Court are accepted. Visa, MasterCard with a completed fine notice and cash payments are also accepted. When the Court Clerk's office is not open, you may deposit your payment in the court's lock box located next to the front door of the Town Hall.
By Mail:
Money Orders and Certified Checks made payable to Easton Town Court, and Visa or Master Card with a completed fine payment notice are accepted. NO personal checks will be accepted.
Please include a self addressed, stamped envelope if you wish to receive a receipt for your payment. Also, please include your name, date of birth, phone number, and/or case number with your payment.
Please be aware there is a mandatory 2.99% surcharge for all credit cards payments processed.
